How to enable project digital assets?


With acclux accounting, you have the ability  to manage all your digital assets and connect them with your projects and jobs.

To add digital assets to your project/job, you need to enable this option.

1. Log in to your acclux accounting account.
2. Go to Setting section, then go to the Job Setting.
3. Check the Enable digital assets option.
4. Click Save.

Once you've enabled the digital assets option, you will have the ability to add files to your projects/jobs. 


1. Go to Projects -> Jobs
2. Click the Assets option from the toolbar.
3. A list of your digital assets that related to this project/job will be displayed
4. Click Upload to upload new assets.

Note:
 You can find all the documents you've uploaded in your Dropbox account under the acclux accounting folder. 


And that's how you can enable project digital assets.
