How to email my clients their USPS tracking information?


acclux and stamps.com integration gives you the advantage of sending customize emails to your clients with all the tracking information they need.

First Let's create the email template to use on sending shipment information:
1. Log in to your acclux accounting account.
2. Go to Setting section, then go to theEmail Templates.
3. Under the Email Templates section, Click on ADD TEMPLATE.
4. Select the Projects option under regarding.
Note: If you use the Module Naming in acclux accounting, the relevant name to projects will show up.

5. Write down your email subject.
6. Write your email message using the WYSWIG editor and make sure to include the tracking numer by adding its code.

7.Click on SAVE


Enabling Email tracking when printing labels:
1. In your printing label form, locate Email Tracking
2. Check on the Email tracking option.
3. Select your customer email.
4. Select the email template you just created.
