How to add new service items?


An Item (service item) represents work that is performed, such as consulting or design.

To create new item:
1. Log in to your acclux accounting account.
2. Go to Sales section, then go to the Items.
3. Click on New button from the toolbar.
4. Enter the Item Information:
 

Item Name Enter the name for the service item
Item Description  Enter the description of the item to be displayed in your invoices/purchase orders
Income Account Select the income account of the item.
Price/ Rate Enter the selling price for the item
Tax Profile Select the tax profile
Expense Account Select the expense account of the item.
Cost Enter the purchasing price for the item




5. Click on the SAVE button.
 


And that's how you can add new service items in acclux.
