How much does Acclux Pro cost?


There are 3 costs to consider when planning for the price of a new cloud accounting and project management software
 
1.Monthly subsriptrion licenses
2.Support and manintenace fees

Step 1: How many concurrent users do you need?
In other words, how many people (or users) will need to be on the system at the same time? Of course, the fewer users you purchase access for, the lower the price. Decide if each user needs full access or limited access.
 
There are four types of user licenses available for Acclux Pro under the SubscriptionLicensing Model:
 
Full User Concurrent user licenses, users can have full read/write access to Acclux Pro.
 
Director Users Concurrent user license, can have full read/write access but can only to certain module inside the system: Project Director: Can access Project module only or Accounting Director: Can access Financial module only
 
Limited Users Named user licenses,
 Users can see and enter their own time sheet; access and create their own tasks. (Online and through apps).
They can fill Expense report and submit it but, they don't have access to other employee’s expenses reports.
 
Timer Users They can access acclux timer app only and record time entries
 
Step 2: Support and Maintenance fees
Experience tells us that the long term success of your project is largely determined by the first year. This is why acclux requires that new customers buying Acclux Pro to enroll in the Gold Support Package.
 
Silver Support Email Support/ Knowledgebase and community/ Social Media
Gold Support Phone Support, One-to-one training, help in setup the system
 
Step 3: Implementation Costs.
Implementation services include the professional services provided by MTS Development to set up your new Acclux Pro system, convert your data, train your staff and much more.
